According to the judgment 1 RK 18/94 / Federal Social Court of 10 May 1995, the costs for remedies such as mite and allergen-proof covers for mattresses, pillows and blankets within the meaning of the law - if they are prescribed by a doctor - are eligible for reimbursement or refund.
